Emiliana Torrini's new album, Me and Armini, is one of the best I've heard in a long time. Zeb even voluntarily puts it on and he hasn't liked a new album since 1989. The girl is good. Me trying to sound like Sasha Frere-Jones about it here.

My gosh girl, when did you gain all the technical musical expertise? We didn't talk like that around the house when you were growing up.
I just want to point out that if Emiliana sells any albums because of that review, I was the one who introduced her to you so I should get some of the royalties. Thanks. I've played my snob card.
